1. Who we are

Cyber Mercenaries is a browser game operated by , a company registered in England and Wales, company number , registered office: , . By creating an account or playing you accept these Terms.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). One person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe. Selling, sharing or transferring accounts is not allowed.

3. Virtual items and currency

Shards, credits, items and other in-game content are a limited, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. Trades between players happen only for in-game currency inside the game.

4. Payments

Some content can be bought with real money. Prices are shown before payment, including the currency. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. See the Payments & Delivery and Refund Policy pages.

5. Rules of conduct

No cheating, bots, exploits, automation, multi-accounting, harassment, hate speech, scams or real-money trading. We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules; virtual items on a banned account are not refunded.

6. Changes to the game

The game is in active development. We may change balance, items, prices and features, reset test data or stop the service. If we shut down the game for good we will announce it in advance.

7. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or service interruptions. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is shown below. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new version.
